Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@schatzplatz.com). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
There is no right of withdrawal for goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market (e.g. investment products made of gold and silver that are traded at the material price), over which the company has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract and we have received the withdrawn goods in an unaltered condition. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return the goods immediately to(SchatzPLATZ KG, Postfach 2, 2345 Brunn am Gebirge). The return shipment is at your expense and risk. The costs for a recommended insured shipment as a parcel always depend on the respective value of the goods. Our shipping costs charged to you at the time of purchase serve as a guide.
Make sure that the goods are returned undamaged and in their original condition. Reductions in value due to damage must be passed on.
To submit your revocation as quickly as possible, please send an e-mail to kontakt@schatzplatz.com and can enclose our sample revocation form provided with your letter.
